Elizabeth Chinelo Ikejimba
(she/her), MSc in Human-Computer Interaction Design
I have the equanimity of an old soul who embraces pivots in digital product delivery. These traits make me an attentively adaptive designer regardless if I’m the program design lead or an individual contributor.
Plus, I get energized during the iterative review process before launch. It’s like assembling a pocket watch where I figure out how best to make all the pieces (constraints and priorities) tick in unison.
But regardless of my role on a team, I keep cross-functional collaboration essential. No missed memos champion.
In my most recent role, I directed the design and research strategy on contracts for government clients, mentored designers, and fostered relationships across program departments at Nava Public Benefit Corporation (PBC).
“She leads by example, thinks deeply and critically, and shows strong empathy, storytelling, and synthesis skills—all of which are informed by her education and work experience.”
